Ashiana Advik is a senior living community in Sector 39, Bhiwadi, off the 200 ft Alwar Bypass Road. It is planned on about 16 acres, with 910 apartments in 11 towers of stilt plus 12 floors and 37 villas, built in four phases.

The apartments are fitted for older residents: slip-resistant tiles, grab rails in wet areas, rounded wall edges, a night lamp in the master bedroom and a wheelchair-accessible campus. Each block has two lifts with automatic rescue devices and a concierge, and homes come with a modular kitchen and wooden wardrobes.

The two-floor club holds a dining hall, cafeteria, terrace café, gym, pool, indoor badminton hall and hobby rooms. Medical cover on site includes a 24x7 nurse and ambulance, an OPD and a doctor on call. Ashiana also runs an established senior community, Ashiana Utsav, in Bhiwadi.

Phase 1 was handed over in 2025–26, so residents already live here, and Phases 2 and 3 are under construction. Anyone can buy at Advik; at least one partner must be over 55 to live there.
