Ashiana Amodh
A senior community built around green space, near the Mumbai–Pune Expressway
Ashiana Amodh is a senior living community in Talegaon, about 35 km from Pune, planned across roughly 11.9 acres with 593 apartments in 6 towers of stilt plus 14 floors. About 3.4 acres is landscaped, with dense planting, water bodies and outdoor activity areas.
The homes are designed for older residents from the start: slip-resistant tiles, grab rails, rounded wall edges, night lamps and an emergency response button in the master bedroom, master toilet and living room, linked to a central monitoring desk. Each block has two passenger lifts and one service lift with automatic rescue devices, plus a concierge.
Day to day, residents have a 19,000 sq ft club with a dining hall, pool, gym and hobby rooms, a 24x7 nurse and ambulance, and doctors on call. An assisted living centre inside the campus offers more support when it is needed, on a pay-by-use basis.
Amodh is being built in three phases, with possession scheduled from March 2027 to March 2030. Anyone can buy here, but at least one resident (or their spouse) must be 55 or older to live in the home.

Can I rent out or sell my apartment?
Yes. Owners can sell or rent to anyone, through Ashiana's resale and rental service or on their own, but the person living there must meet the age rule.
Is any part of the land under acquisition?
Ashiana discloses that PMRDA's proposed 110 m ring road passes through about 4,715 sq m of the project land. Ashiana has objected; if the acquisition goes ahead, the land shared by owners reduces to about 43,574 sq m. Ask the sales team for the latest position.
