Phases 1 to 3 of low-rise apartments and villas are delivered and lived in, and Phase 4 received its completion certificate in July 2024, so homes are ready to move into today.

At least one partner must be over 55 to live there permanently. Anyone can buy as an investment. An unmarried daughter may stay permanently; other family can visit for short stays.
