About Elements Senior Living
Elements Senior Living, also called Elements Active Senior Living, is the senior living brand of Bharathi Homes (Bharathi Meraki), a Chennai builder. The company says it was set up in 2021 by a team from senior living, construction and development management. Ashwin Kumar Iyer is a director.
Its completed communities in Chennai are Elements I at Vandalur, Elements II at Valasaravakkam and Elements Sattva at Porur. Elements Madhuram at Vandalur and Elements Uptown at Kandigai are under way. Its first project outside Tamil Nadu, Elements Kaveri in Mysuru, is being built with PurpleBrick Estates. Projects in Hosur and Coimbatore are listed as upcoming.
The first Vandalur community was sold as "Vedaanta Elements", with Vedaanta Senior Living running the senior services. Elements now runs its newer communities itself.
